• Convert existing 12,000 SF retail floor covering store to a state-of-the-art lasik and ambulatory eye surgery center.
• Complete exterior renovation removing typical glass storefront and outdated mansard replacing with brick veneer, stucco and standing seam trim and cornices.
• Complete removal of existing interior, replacing with interior finishes required in a state-of-the-art surgery facility.
• Replacement of complete mechanical and electrical systems including equipment required for sterile environments.
• State-of-the-art eye care center includes three suites within the building, a clinical suite, a lasik surgery suite and an ambulatory eye surgery suite.
• Both the lasik suite and the ambulatory surgery suite contain two fully-equipped operating rooms.
• The ambulatory surgery suite includes fully-equipped pre-op and post-op recovery areas.
• The project also includes a diesel-driven generator system for emergency power.
