Ashley began working for Delventhal as a project engineer after graduating from the University of Toledo with a bachelor of science degree in construction engineering technology. She was promoted to the role of Project Manager in 2023 having gained significant experience assisting other project managers and running projects of her own across various markets. Ashley’s authenticity in relationships with clients and colleagues alike is one of the many great qualities that make her a valuable team member.

A lover of the outdoors, Ashley enjoys kayaking, ice fishing, hiking and riding bikes. She also loves golf, having come from a large family of golfers. During the rare times Ashley is indoors, she likes building and modifying furniture, as well as other DIY projects.
