Jess joined the Delventhal Company team in 2016, and took over as president in 2019. In that capacity, he provides leadership and vision for the future of the company. Jess is responsible for driving the growth and financial strength of Delventhal, as well as providing staff support and overall risk management. 

An ambitious businessowner and executive, Jess holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is a certified LEED professional. He grew up around his family’s subcontracting business and, during college, developed a passion for general construction. Jess spent the first 10 years of his career in Las Vegas working for a large general contracting company on some very unique projects. While there, he met the love of his life and started a family. Today, Jess and his wife have returned to their home state of Michigan to raise their four children. Jess loves playing golf, boating, skiing and snowmobiling in the Michigan wilderness.
