Jim Kerr joined The Delventhal Company in 2023 as Senior Project Manager.  He brings more than 25 years in the heavy industrial and commercial construction industry from field engineering, general labor foreman and superintendent in the field to estimating, project management and purchasing in the office. 

Faith and family are priorities both personally and professionally. Jim enjoys traveling with his family for both sports and relaxation. He is a Browns fan first but enjoys all Cleveland/Ohio sports.
