Kevin Cunningham, aka “Kip,” joined the Delventhal team in 2022 as a senior project manager contributing 30+ years of expert construction experience to our veteran team.

Kip, his lovely wife, Laurie, and their three grown kids are fans of the University of Michigan and enjoy football, golf and spending time together.  He loves to travel and frequently participates in both competitive and charitable walks/runs.  Kip enjoys talking about his beautiful family and his experiences in the construction industry and entertains us with his silly jokes.
